Health and Safety
Our company operates an open book policy on safety. We carry out regular toolbox talks on site and off site. We have regular training update briefings to act as a refresher to employees existing training or to update on machinery of construction methods.
All of our heavy equipment is independently inspected to insure it complies with safety legislation.
We invite the Health & Safety Inspectorate to our sites on a regular basis; this is beneficial for the employees to have direct consultation with the inspectorate and to become comfortable with a pro-active approach to safety.
