JCK Ltd were the chosen contractor to install services below the heritage steam railway line at Ballawoods. This involved the removal of the permanent way rails, the installation of service ducks for a new development and the re-instatement of the permanent way.
The contract also involved the demolition of the dialect gate keepers house and general landscaping of the area.

JCK had been engaged by the Department of Home Affairs to demolish the old Victoria Road Prison. The purpose built prison was opened in 1891 and demolition started in 2012, following its closure in 2008.

This project is the demolition of a private house. Before the demolition JCK had to remove Asbestos containing floor tiles, fire rope, electrical flash pads and sink pads removal
Once the Asbestos had been removed trained licensed removal operatives JCK then began the Demolition of the Building. As the house was situated well set back from the road the Demolition did not have a direct impact on traffic flow.
Now the house has been demolished JCK have re-done the foundations of the house so that the client can build a new house where the old one was.
