What a great couple days at the JCK Trade open day.
We welcomed existing and new customers, many tried the machines out on a pile earth on the car park and were suitable impressed.
We have had lots of positive comments on the excellent Wacker Neuson products on display and demo .

The weather was great at the first of our TRADE ONLY Wacker Neuson Open Day’s. If you didn’t get chance to call in today we are holding another open day tomorrow (Saturday 14th) between 9am & 1pm.
A Trial Area will be in place to view and try our range of Wacker Neuson Equipment and a Wacker Neuson represenative will be attending.

The Wacker Neuson presence on the Isle of Man is going from strength to strength.
The last four machines shipped in are all spoken for, three already in service and one awaiting collection.
We are already planning the next load of machines to be collected.
Full load from Stafford includes ET17, ET18, EZ80 and. 1001 dumper arriving at Balthane.
There is always a selection of machines available for test drive at our depot, including the unique VDS Vertical Dig System, this allows the machines upper structure to be levelled on cross gradients so a vertical trench can be excavated, or tilt it when on flat ground to create an angle dig or grade.

JCK fleet maintenance is a never ending job and we endeavour not only to keep the fleet in good mechanical order, but also well presented and tidy on the road.
After a recent accident when another motorist failed to see our truck coming and pulled out in front of it ( no one seriously hurt fortunately) we took the opportunity to re-assess the visual status of our trucks on the road.
We are now adopting Hi Vis striped Bumper and front panels, and incorporating day running lights where appropriate as well as reflective side stripes to further enhance visibility of the trucks at junctions etc.
We are happy to do this in an effort to make our Islands roads a little safer. 👍
The fleet is a credit to drivers and maintenance staff who keep them in good order.

Trusting all our staff, customers and friends have had a good Christmas and start to the new year. We have had an exciting and busy first week back!
After 20 years service we are sorry to be saying good bye to our faithful old Scania, replaced with a newer DAF, let’s hope she does as well, for a bit of good luck we have gave it the Scania reg number.
JCK Shipped these 22m long loads to Donnell & Ellis Heavy Haulage for delivery to Stafford in the UK this week
James recently attended one of the regular Wacker Neuson dealer seminars, this enables JCK to keep up with the latest news and products.
One of our engineers also attended the factory in December on a regular scheduled training session keeping us right up to date on the repair and maintenance side as well.
